What is an App Context?

Setting context ensures your AI app uses your business data (not just general knowledge) to serve your customers.

Here are a few examples:

  1. Personalized recommendations from your store based on the user’s preferences.
  2. Suggest a recipe from your recipe library based on the user's preferences.
  3. Provide your own content, such as articles or blogs, based on what your users are interested in.
  4. Using your documents data to answer users' questions.

Note! Please ensure that sensitive information is not included in the uploaded context, as any data uploaded might be exposed to your users!

How Does It Works?

When a context is uploaded, and a user submits input, the AI app searches for the relevant section in the context that will be used to generate the app response. There can be up to 5-8 items or 1-2 text pages in this filtered context.

How do I Set My App Context?

  1. To start, you must create an AI app. Just describe the AI app on the app generation page and click “Generate”.
