  2. Invoices & Receipts – Automatically emailed to customers after each purchase.

  3. VAT Management – Gumroad takes care of VAT compliance for your customers.

  4. Customer Dashboard – View and manage all customer subscriptions, including issuing refunds when needed.

2. Commissions

Each user payment includes Gumroad’s transaction fees (details here) plus a 5% fee for BuildAI, added as a collaborator.
